I’m so happy that I was able to play along in Sharon Johnson’s (notimetostamp) Stamp Simply Challenge this week.  Her challenge was to use leaves along with sponging to achieve the richness of autumn.

Besides using this yummy designer paper (I haven’t been able to decide if that is a real leaf embedded in it!  lol), I also used a leaf charm and a couple of punched oak leaves.  The punched paper leaves, the designer papers and the sentiment were all sponged.

A closeup of the paper gives a better idea of the textures.  It’s really awesome with shiny lumps and bumps… almost like it has areas covered with UTEE.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.  Thanks for dropping by today!
