This week at Stampin’ Sisters in Christ the challenge is to make a Thanksgiving card. Well I can do that! There is so much in my life to be thankful for. A few years ago I read a blog post in which the author expressed her “Joy of Laundry”. I thought it was so touching. She realized how ” rich I really am and I am thankful. I feel guilty for the decadence of normal and the sweet indulgence of doing laundry.” Here is Janice’s entire post. It is a wonderful heartfelt post, and helped me to realize, too, how blessed I am just for “normal”.

Happy Thanksgiving, Susan! What a beautiful reminder how thankful we should all be for the seemingly mundane things in our daily lives. As a stroke survivor, I always that any day I’m walking, talking, and breathing is a good day.
