I have just discovered two of my favorite things combined into one challenge.. a fun sketch and Inchies!!  Woohoo!  The challenge is over on the Inchie INKlings blog and I had to play along as soon as I saw it.  Here is my card for Inchie Card Sketch #7.

And for even more fun, I made another card to make a set.  It’s a different sketch and uses a Twinchie.

I’ve wondered lately what it is about these little Inchies that have so captured me, and I have decided it is my mom’s fault.  My mom was a very talented interior decorator.  Not only did she have a beautiful home, but she also had a beautiful miniature home.  She LOVED miniatures.  When she passed away there were plenty of miniature rooms for my sisters and I to inherit…  I chose the parlor.

You can see the scale here with the little Bible and glasses from the red velvet footstool now laying on the Inchie card.

So you see, this love for the tiny world is not my fault!  I simply have no control over it!  lol

Hope everyone has a wonderful creative weekend.

Happy Crafting!
