As is probably the case for most of you, I need birthday cards to send to family and friends more than any other type of card.  Here’s one that I made using a couple of darling lamp images from Unity’s “Shine On” stamp set.

Paper piecing is so much fun and these lamp shades were the perfect subjects for it.  And as usual, a marker was used around the edges of the designer papers to help define and pop the shapes of the cut out lamp shades.
