The Friday Mashup Challenge #187 this week is “All About the Weather.”  “.. let the weather you are currently experiencing or would like to be having inspire you to create your project.   If you’re up for mashing up the challenge you can add in a metal embellishment.”

Another challenge over at the Mod Squad Challenge Blog is all about the “Music of Christmas.”   “..or even just make a card inspired by a Christmas carol..”  Well… “Let it Snow!”

This card set is also playing along in both of the Simon Says Challenges this week!! First is the Simon Monday Challenge: “Holiday Cards.”  Second is the Simon Wednesday Challenge: “Anything Goes.”

We have purchased our season passes to a local ski area.  Love to see the white stuff coming down… in the mountains!! Hope to be in some soon!!

  1. Those stickers are so pretty and such a perfect way to add a non-bulky embellishment. They look like they were made to go with those rhinestones, too. I just love how you used your designer paper and glitter strips to make these cards special and festive. You’re doing so well with getting your Christmas cards done!

  4. Susan, these are such pretty blues. I’m guessing perhaps you had rain? Lucky you at going to a ski place to enjoy some pretty snow. I’m just as happy to wait to see any white stuff…snow or ice! Love the shades of blue and all the nice patterns in each of the cards, and the silvery glitter & pretty ornaments you’ve added to each card to make it so special. Very festive. TFS
