This card was made for a friend’s son who has (along with his wife of course *grin*) added a new baby boy to their family. I love this sweet patterned paper, and it has done most of the work here.
The sentiment is from a new-to-me set from SU. It’s dolled up with some oval punched cardstock. The entire sentiment is popped up for some fun dimension.

The paper is so incredibly darling, Susan! I love me some baby cards! Satin ribbon on a baby card always reminds me of blanket binding, so it is just perfect. Sigh… I haven’t made a baby card in so long.
