Here are three cards made with a fun new set called “Acorny Thank You.”

This first card is a clean and simple design.

The acorn was stamped with a water base ink and then shadowed with a Copic marker.

This acorn uses a couple of the different patterns available in the set.
Stripes + Polka-dots = Love!

The little heart buttons in my stash were all yellow, but this orange nut needed green.  It just did.  So I took a Copic marker and colored it.  Problem solved.

Designer paper was used with the acorn punch for these hanging nuts.

Magnets were placed on the tops and bottoms of each acorn for some mix and match-ability.

  17. Oh, Susan, these are absolutely fabulous and so adorable! I just love the acorns and the papers you’ve used! I love each one and really would be hard pressed to pick a favorite. But I do love how the last card has acorns with tops that can be interchanged…sweet! I agree with the comment above about the kids enjoying mixing and matching them! And I loved your idea of coloring the button. I’ve done that with ribbon and pearls, but not buttons…yet! Where did you get your magnetic tape? I’ve seen it online but wonder how good it is. Hugs, sweet friend, and thanks again for sharing some really cute Thanksgiving cards!
