Here’s a quick, clean and simple card that uses a little designer paper from the stash.Smiley.Yes1Ani

The cute little blooms are stamped and punched out with a coordinating punch.  They are popped up on foam tape to give some depth to the card.  It’s one of my favorite things to do to add a little interest and dimension.

And of course their favorite part of the card… the money!  lol

Since they live so far away its hard to know exactly what they want/need.  But this year I had some cupcakes delivered to them that I ordered from a local bakery there.  One can always use cupcakes!

Love this little miniature Santa in his sleigh.  He was stamped on acetate.  The die cut homes were adhered to the back of the acetate and the whole sheet was then adhered to the back of the white frame.

Some blue starry designer paper was taped to the card base along with the moon.  Then the white frame was adhered to that with foam tape so that it stands out and away from the base.

When I was a little girl I would try and stay awake on Christmas Eve to get a glimpse of Santa.  In my imagination I pictured that he would look something like this as he rode through the night sky.

Different bling comes and goes from rhinestones, buttons and sequins… even such things as feathers and beads.  But for me my favorite has always been pearls.  They have gotten harder to find in the usual stores and online places, but I still just can’t get enough of them.  So with today’s card, I let myself go. Smiley.GrinHugeAni

The floral image oval piece has been popped up on foam tape for some dimension, and a little ribbon snippet tucked in at the bottom.  Two narrow strips of coordinating designer paper were added top and bottom.
