One of my sweet little granddaughters LOVES dogs. Because of sibling allergies, there can be no pets in her home. However, that does not stop her from approaching every dog she sees every where!! She always asks the owner if she can pet their fur baby. So when it comes to making her a birthday card, well what else would you give her but one with at least one adorable pup on it. The stamped kind can enter her home with no worries of needing an epipen.

Her favorite color is yellow. So what could be better than a yellow puppy, surrounded by rhinestones and popped up for some dimension.
It’s a popped up puppy!
