Making cards for teenage boys has always been a challenge.  Here is what I came up with this year for my great nephew’s birthday.

There’s a little bit of dimension, but it is really quite mail-able.  And it was fun to make a young man’s card using pretty pastel colors!

Since the card base is brown a piece of white cardstock was added inside for writing a small message.

Played along in a few challenges:

Cards in Envy: Pretty Pastels Card Challenge
Cards in Envy

STAMPlorations: April Challenge – “Things with Wings”

The Paper Players: PP340 On the Go!

Seize the Birthday: Toppings Option “Two Patterned Papers”
Seize the Birthday

Happy Crafting!

Stamps: SU “Sky Is the Limit” and “Patterned Party”

Papers: PTI Select White and Dark Chocolate; We R Memory Keepers “Indian Summer” Designer Paper

Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black; SU Real Red, Bravo Burgundy, Handsome Hunter, Not Quite Navy and Basic Black
