Have you ever looked at all the awesome patterns on tissue boxes and thought, “Wow! That’s some great designer paper?” Me too! Now I’ve finally taken one of them and turned it into a couple of cards.

I cut out several of the squares and arranged them for a fun backdrop to the sentiment.

Because the patterned cardboard pieces are already quite thick, no dimensionals were needed to give the pieces a popped-up look.

On this second card, however, dimensionals were placed on the back of the right half of the image panel. Since the left half of the panel is resting on the cardboard, the dimensionals allows the panel to lay flat.

One of the squares is used as a Kleenex box!

  9. I will have to admit that I buy the brand of tissues that have the pretty design :). I so love what you have done with these, so cool geometric shapes on the first one, like how you used the die cut with it.
The second with the runny nose is perfect for a get well, and like the touch with the tissue 🙂
