It’s the 15th of the month which means its time for another Rainy Day Sketch Challenge!  I’m having so much fun with these.  So here is the sketch.

And here is my take on the sketch.

Isn’t that the cutest little image.  It is part of one of Stampin’ Up’s newest sets called “Hoop La La.”  And I couldn’t wait to play with this new embossing folder with coordinating piercing template and border punch, too.

So for this month’s sketch, providing there are some challenge takers, I have a second brand new “Hoop La La” set to give away!

If you do decide to play along, leave a link to your creation in the comments section.  A winner will be selected on August 1st giving you a little over 2 weeks to play.  Oh and please make sure that the link you leave goes to the specific card you are entering and not to your blog or gallery in general.  Hope you can find some time to play!

The Sketch Challenge is now closed.

Happy Crafting!

  6. Love this sketch, Susan. I need to start remembering the 15th of the month. I think this would work nicely for a baby card I need. Love the pretty scalloped border and the cross stitch image. Sweet! Saving the sketch… Thank you!

  7. I’ve always loved the soft look of cross stitching, so this card has a real homespun look and feel to it! I love how the dsp mirrors the cross stitches in the focal point! Too cute! Of course I loved the sketch too and had to play along 🙂
