With some challenges to use older images, I finally used these Tim Holtz stamps that I have had for years! So many years, in fact, that I bought them before they had coordinating dies, and those were released in 2015 (I think). lol

So that said, after stamping and coloring this darling bird and balloon, the balloon was fussy cut before adhering it with foam tape for a popped up effect. A clean and simple sketch let’s this party friend shine.
